Information we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through our forms:
- Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message.
- Membership application: name, father's name, CNIC number, email, address, date of birth, age, phone number, blood group, education, profession and your monthly fund pledge.
How we use it
Form submissions are sent by email to the society's committee. We use them to reply to you, to review membership applications and to run our welfare programs. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Only the society's office-bearers who handle messages and applications. We share information with others only when the law requires it or when you ask us to (for example, to connect a blood donor with a patient).
Community directory
The village directory lists contact details of community members. It is hidden from search engines. If you want your entry corrected or removed, contact us and we will update it promptly.
Third-party services
- The contact page embeds a Google Maps view of our location, which may set cookies under Google's own policy.
- Links to our Facebook and YouTube pages take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you have sent us at any time by emailing kwsociety2014@gmail.com or calling +92 333 4178 699.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page.
