KWS proudly runs a Free Dispensary to provide essential healthcare facilities to the underprivileged members of our community. The dispensary offers free medical check-ups, medicines, and basic health guidance to those who cannot afford private healthcare. Our mission is to ensure that no one in our village remains untreated due to financial difficulties. Regular medical camps are also organized to raise awareness about common diseases and preventive care. This initiative reflects the spirit of compassion and service at the heart of Khurram Welfare Society making quality healthcare accessible to every person in need.
